Thank you for supporting Revi Ferrer Art. Every order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.
ORIGINAL ARTWORK
Shipping for original artwork is arranged individually based on the size of the artwork, destination, delivery timeline, and collector preferences.
Original paintings may be shipped through professional fine art transportation services, custom crated for transit, or through a carrier selected by the studio.
Shipping costs for original artwork are determined on a case-by-case basis and are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Collectors will be provided with shipping options and pricing prior to shipment.
LIMITED EDITION ARTWORK
Limited edition artwork is produced specifically for each order.
Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production, inspection, signing, documentation, packaging, and shipment.
Production timelines may vary depending on printing schedules, shipping carriers, and seasonal demand.
Each limited edition is shipped from the printing facility to the studio for artist inspection, signing, and preparation before being sent to its final destination.
Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.
MERCHANDISE
Merchandise includes greeting cards, gift bags, scarves, apparel, and other studio products.
Complimentary standard shipping is included with all merchandise orders shipped within the United States.
Most merchandise orders are processed and shipped within 1–5 business days.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Expedited shipping options may be available for merchandise orders during checkout.
Additional charges apply for expedited delivery services.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
Please inspect your package upon delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping materials.
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be re-shipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
At this time, merchandise and limited edition artwork are shipped within the United States.
Collectors interested in international shipping of original artwork or special projects are encouraged to contact the studio directly.
